Clip Nest provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate video content, scripts, and media assets using Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI), and facilitates the uploading of such content to third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using our authentication provider (Clerk). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI) to generate content. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or biased. We do not guarantee the accuracy of generated content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing it.
• You agree not to use the AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

4. User Content and Conduct

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.

You agree NOT to use the Service to create or upload content that:

• Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, or promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these rules.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clip Nest and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clip Nest, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
